Adding Subversion Users
There are a couple of ways to add more svn users. The simplest (especially if you trust your users) is to just add a shell account for each user, giving them access to the ‘deploy’ group.
adduser <username>
usermod -a -G deploy <username>
Make sure your repository is group writable:
chmod -R g+w /var/www/apps/your_app/repos
New users will access the repository via the same svn+ssh url that you already do.
Another, possibly more secure way is described in the SVN book.
It involves setting up SSH to differentiate between public key files used to authenticate, and to run the svnserve command automatically with the correct username passed to it.
